Splashy encounter between fruits and milky spirits
If there is one director who is absolutely brilliant in his craft of making food look stunning, than his name is definitely Damian Groves. He is constantly pushing the envelope of what can be achieved in camera, building all sorts of rigs designed specifically for that perfect shot. And that naturally translates to a lot of hours of post-production comping plates, cleaning reflections, removing rigs, wires and what not. In the end, all that matters is the final result. So it's not hard to figure the amount of professional pride I get whenever I see my work making it in the studio's and director's reels.
